LOCATION

This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. Local candidates only, please.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Program Manager in software development, challenged by the opportunity to research and document user requirements and work with a team (UX Designer and Developer) to deliver responsive designs and functional specifications for seamless customer experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of our software development team, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in designing the future of the company and the industry by developing requirements and then delivering customer experiences.

  • Gather product requirements and write feature specifications
  • Generate competitive analysis and user needs research and deliver emerging technology solutions
  • Work with UX and Developers to generate UI design for new product features
  • Lead Agile teams
  • Triage bugs to ensure proper priority is given to important issues
  • Partner cross-departmentally with Technical Services, Sales, and Marketing when needed
  • Work with external vendors and partners when necessary to successfully complete projects

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 3+ years of program management experience working in a software development environment
  • Experience researching customer needs
  • Experience generating competitive analysis
  • Experience creating feature requirements
  • Experience writing functional specifications
  • Know unblocking techniques
  • Ability to influence and foster alignment with sponsor, development team and both peer-level and senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional organization and time management/prioritization skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment and prioritize your own work
  • Understanding of the full SDLC (software development lifecycle)

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
  • UX and UI design experience
  • Cloud solution experience

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or equivalent experience

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • This is a full-time position with benefits.
