Recovery Support Specialist

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks full and part time, energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join our expanding in multiple locations supporting the Ryan White Outpatient Treatment Team in Terre Haute, Hammond, Elkhart, and Lafayette Indiana. VOAOHIN is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. The Ryan White team serves individuals diagnosed with HIV who are struggling to overcome issues with addiction. As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana we have over 1,000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas.  

The Recovery Support Specialist will serve an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the program through providing support with arranging client intakes, tracking outcomes, and ensuring the program has the supplies necessary to operate.   

We are currently seeking to fill both full and part time positions. For full time positions we offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and a 403b with company match. This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma and a valid state driver’s license. Applicants must be able to pass a state, county, and DCS background check.
