Our client is an energy efficiency company that works with energy providers (Electric & Gas). They work with end-users (Residential) to determine if they qualify for an energy efficiency program.
If the customer is eligible for the program, they then determine which product gets installed at the home. (NEST / Smart Thermostat / Load Control Device).
This position is a Customer Service Representative.
These individuals will be handling 40-50 Inbound calls per day in regards to customer inquiring if they qualify for an Energy Efficiency Program. They will be getting calls in regards to different programs and will work with the customer to gather the necessary information.
Once the product has been installed, the CSR's will handle troubleshooting calls in regards to the Smart Thermostats.
