ECE Senior Business Execution Consultant - Change Delivery

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to provide change management support across; Enterprise Complaints, Remediation, Redress, and Customer Data and Analytics groups. The role sits inside the Business Engineering Architecture and Change (BEACH) team and works across ECE with other shared services groups to deliver change using Agile methodologies.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partner

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Management methodology and requirements

  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change

  • Drive successful change readiness activities, to include strategic planning, solutioning and delivery of complex change initiatives with a large/broad impact within multiple lines of business

  • Demonstrated success across multiple business requirements, translating and summarizing complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

  • Ability to identify trends which may present opportunities or reflect gaps in the change delivery process

  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills across Wells Fargo with proven ability to understand, operate independently and successfully lead in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas

  • Knowledge of ECE business areas, in particular Remediation COE and Redress Office

  • Experience and knowledge in Agile and Jira

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (50% in-office/50% remote)
