About Spring Mountain Treatment Center

Spring Mountain Treatment Center provides inpatient and outpatient services for children, adolescents and adults in the Las Vegas area.  We provide a caring and healthy environment that gives individuals a chance to make positive changes.

Placing a loved one in a treatment program is not an easy decision for a parent, guardian or family member to make.  It is most often a very difficult and emotional decision, but is necessary in order to keep them safe and provide him or her with a new beginning.

A key to our services is the ability to work collaboratively with the patient, family or referring provider during treatment. Our team of psychiatrists, nurses and social workers work together to create an atmosphere where patients feel safe and a plan to return home.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.  Masters of Business Administration or related field highly preferred.  Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.  Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.  Five years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred. A valid Driver’s License is required.
