ADM Technical Enablement Programs Manager
Develop and/or deliver integrated sales enablement training and certification for all products, services and/or solutions within the ADM global business unit. Work with ADM product management, product marketing, GTM sales management and others to define product messaging and value propositions. Drive customer and partner development/relationships specific to GTM programs. Drive continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
* Interact with product management and product marketing personnel to develop and deliver solution enablement messaging and strategy.
* Develop offering/segment enablement content and manage/monitor its delivery.
* Work with sales leadership for development of sales training materials.
* Develop effective certification practices for Micro Focus GTM personnel and partners.
Education and Experience Required:
* BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
* 7+ years sales or marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing and partner marketing.
* Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Expert knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics and tools.
* Expert knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account- based marketing.
* Well-developed understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings/strategy.
* Strong project management skills.
