Overview

Provides internal or external customers consistent, periodic data analysis and reporting that delivers meaningful and actionable information. Collaborates on mapping data systems and works with senior team members on automation projects and data modeling in POWER BI. Customer Service mentality and good communications skills needed.

Given the nature of the position, the Company has identified this role as a remote (virtual) position, and thus expects you to work from home. The position can be based anywhere within the Central or Eastern Time Zones but requires working 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.

*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with colleagues to develop and deliver relevant and consistent data analyses.

• Mines, cleans, and interprets large volumes of data.

• Assists in developing data models for automated reporting environments.

• Creates entity relation diagrams and other technical documents for reporting systems and automation projects.

• Assists in developing automated processes using multiple technologies.

Qualifications

Experience in Power BI needed

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.

• In lieu of degree, at least 2 years of experience with Power BI, Excel, and analyzing data.

• Knowledge of scripting languages and SQL is a bonus for this level.

• Data cleansing and analysis.

• Intermediate MS Excel, Power BI.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Fundamental knowledge of programming (scripting or OOP principles).

• Clear, effective, precise written and verbal communication.

• Teamwork and collaboration.

• Customer service.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple priorities, move projects forward, and meet deadlines.

• Curiosity and continuous learning.

In accordance with New York City, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role if filled in New York City: $58,500-$61,320

In accordance with Ithaca, Westchester County law, and Jersey City law we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role if filled in Ithaca Westchester County, or Jersey City: $40,960- $61,320
