Job Description

This position includes both an external client service focus and internal collaboration with Relationship Management teams throughout Government Banking. Supports retention and development of profitable relationships with customers by providing sales enhancement, data analytics and project management support to Government Banking business clients, Relationship  Managers and Division Leaders. This role will also be assigned as a team “Liaison” to two or more of the 7 Government Banking teams to administer preparation of sales proposals, presentation templates, BDR/call plans, division financial and portfolio reporting data analytics, and custom support and project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Relationship Managers with various client and portfolio analysis and research projects, call plan development, GovWin/Onvia contract data mining, BDR preparation, proposal and presentation preparation, conference preparation, and provide other sales support as requested
  • Pull division financial, sales, opportunity and relationship profitability reports, and provide requested data sensitivity, trend and financial analysis. Attend monthly database management calls, submit change requests as authorized by management, and provide pertinent system update or change notification emails to division. Maintain all aspects of the Government Banking Division intranet, loading monthly reports, changing organizational charts, news, etc.
  • Provide support for various custom and complex customer processes. Provide support for various aspects of legal contracting, KYC, AML and other compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

- Considerable knowledge of Government Banking
- Strong multi tasking and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to be adaptable and flexible
- Excellent independent research, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Thorough knowledge of project management and data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills
