  1. We are seeking a highly skill, talented, interpersonal, and professional full time dispatcher to work Monday thru Friday.
  2. We are also seeking a highly skill, talented, interpersonal, and professional full time Dispatcher to work from 4 am to 2:30 pm, Friday thru Monday (four: 4 consecutive days of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday).


The Transportation Dispatcher is a focused and responsible position. The main goal is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and drivers. The Transportation Dispatcher will serve as a liaison between our customers and drivers

  • Deal directly with our customers/drivers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Has intimate knowledge of our customers' needs
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Able to suggest improvements to the operations team
  • Able to communicate clearly
  • Able to adapt to changes at the last minute
  • Able to perform weekly audits that pertain to our operations policies and procedures


Minimum of one (1) year of dispatch operations experience within the transportation industry preferred.
