[ Link removed ] - Click here to apply to Sr. Product Management Specialist, Ductless Air Conditioning (Multiple Positions) (REF174171A) />Bosch Thermotechnology Corporation seeks a Sr. Product Management Specialist, Ductless Air Conditioning (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 65 Grove St, Suite 201, Watertown, MA 02472. Work as a technical expert in the ductless air conditioning market, including knowledge of technologies, market conditions, market trends, AHRI efficiency testing standards, certification requirements, product design, Department of Energy (DOE) efficiency regulations, UL safety standards, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements, etc. Analyze North American Ductless Air Conditioning market trends and potentials in cooperation with the different production sites worldwide, develop product strategy. Lead customer sensing/user experience studies required to refine product design requirements and define trends for the North American HVAC markets. Provide market summaries including trends, competitive landscape and regulatory updates. Lead activity to identify and provide for competitive products including new product concepts and ranges for the marketplace. Develops the product roadmap and coordinates the product life cycle management for the company’s products in alignment with the North America sales regions and with the corporate goals. Participate in the new product development projects through the Time-To-Market process, including being responsible to coordinate the market requirements, pricing, industrial design, product information and training. Support product market research and identification of new product opportunities while working with sales, marketing and other departments. Coordinate and/or complete marketing analysis on competitive products prior to development efforts to identify unique selling points, costs/pricing and technical specifications. 20% Domestic and International travel required. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Electrical Engineering, plus 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, or Product Development roles. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Ductless product design, engineering or product management; (2) Qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customer needs, with experience in developing requirements, based on customers’ insights; (3) Leading complex cross-functional technical projects from concept through commercialization; (4) Set up and testing of unitary or ductless air conditioning equipment to AHRI 210/240 testing standards; and (5) Providing market summaries including technology trends, competitive landscapes or regulatory changes.
