Currently we are seeking to hire a Boutique Sales Supervisor for Icebox New York City Manhattan. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond- always for the customers and the company. On our showroom floor, the Boutique Sales Supervisor displays a laser focus on the customer providing them the luxury Icebox experience.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively lead, develop, and support the sales and operations team members of a store to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
* Regularly partner with Sales Manager to assist with closing transactions
* Strategize and concept initiatives to Sales Professionals to increase sales.
* Partner with Sales Manager to execute a rigorous sales achievement plan and sales strategy for Sales Professionals.
* Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured.
* Partner with leadership to execute Clienteling Program to develop new customer base and grow the existing business.
* Support key Company, Regional, and Local events and product launches with strategic client attendance and sales results.
* Have a working knowledge of the skills and development needs of staff and exhibit the ability to communicate development needs in a consultative supportive manner.
* Ascertain that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day
Qualifications:
* 4 plus years experience in management required.
* Must have experience in jewelry sales.
* Great Multi-task skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Outstanding customer service & communication skills
* Integrity, Trust and Honesty
* Team Spirit & Respect for all
* Critical thinker who understands the fast-paced environment of the sales floor
