A busy Albany area manufacturing company is looking for a part time (20 hours per week), long term temporary Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scanning paper documents into electronic format, will assist in creating and maintaining documentation of operating procedures, policies, and standards, enter and maintain computerized data, administrative duties and special projects as assigned. The successful Administrative Assistant will have 3-4+ years administrative support experience along with strong MS Office Suite skills, database management, solid alpha/numeric data entry, excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication. Job Requirements

- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Solid understanding of working as an assistant - Proficiency in documentation - Outstanding written and verbal communication - Professional application of spelling and grammar experience - Demonstrated knowledge of special projects - Proficient Microsoft Office Office Suite skills - Filing experience preferred - Command of data entry with alpha/numeric data entry at 8,500+ KSPH minimum - Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skill s - At least 3-4+ years' of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
