Aerotek is hiring multiple customer service representatives for an international financial services company in New Albany. This team sits in a call center environment and handles calls regarding fraud/charge verification.
Starting pay: $14/hr
6 months pay: $15.25/hr
Location: New Albany, OH
Shift: 12:30pm-9:00pm OR 1:30pm-10:00pm, 1 weekend day required
Agents will receive calls that are transferred from another area and also direct calls in regarding suspicious credit card account activity
Agents will verify customer identity and assist with unlocking or issuing a new credit card
Recent experience in a professional customer service role
Consistent work history with at least one year of professional customer service experience in a call center environment or equivalent
Financial services experience
Health, Dental, and vision insurance while on contract
On-site cafeteria, gym, and outdoor basketball
