IP Docketing Paralegal
As the IP Docketing Paralegal, you will be managing and facilitating the process of filing patent applications for the United States and foreign countries. You will work closely with patent attorneys and inventors to ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are prepared and filed correctly in accordance with the laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research on patent laws and regulations in various countries
- Preparing and filing patent applications with foreign patent offices
- Coordinating and managing the process of obtaining foreign patents
- Corresponding with foreign patent offices and patent agents
- Monitoring and tracking deadlines and due dates for filing requirements
- Providing administrative support to patent attorneys and inventors
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to patent filings
