Full Stack Software Engineer (TS/SCI Required)
Praescient Analytics has an immediate opening for a 2nd Battalion (BN) Cyber Support Detachment (CSD) Full Stack Software Engineer to support the 1st IO Command at Fort Belvoir, VA. All candidates must have a TS/SCI level clearance to be considered for this position. As a 2d BN CSD Full Stack Software Engineer, you will need experience in the following:
Responsibilities:
- Employs mathematics, statics, information science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, network science, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, data warehousing, data compression, data protection, and/or other scientific techniques to correlate complex, technical findings into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products on trends of existing intelligence data to leverage other IC data sources.
- Develops and utilizes machine learning and data mining algorithms, including, but not limited to, Multiple Information Model Synthesis Architecture (MIMOSA) prediction algorithms based on open source capabilities.
- Integrates or codes algorithms to support Government intelligence search and discovery missions.
- Makes best practice recommendations on managing data within hardware, software, storage, and bandwidth constraints.
- Employs data science techniques to support predictive analysis, social media and crowd-source data analytics, wargaming, and strategy development.
- Employs exploratory analysis and rapid iteration techniques of large volumes of data to quickly derive intelligence.
Minimum Experience:
- Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for a CSD Full Stack Engineer.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
- Demonstrate ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Desired Experience/Education:
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Required Training/Certification:
- IAT Level II certification.
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP).
- Active TS/SCI or higher clearance (Must Have)
