Objective: The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring business continuity by providing operations support to the Customer Support Organization. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for report development and delivery as needs arise for the service organization. Will provide SAP and Salesforce support for the end-users in his / her function, and will be responsible for training end users. Main Accountabilities: * Provide business support by creating, running and delivering standard and ad hoc reports, as well as other sources of business intelligence. * Maintain all Customer Service technical documentation regarding maintenance, technical resources, manuals, training guides, and procedures. * Maintain departmental Dashboards to maintain updated documents, scheduling, rosters, and FAQ's. * Maintain Public Folders to maintain effectiveness, ensure updated procedures are posted and usable, continuously audit database for continual improvement. * Collaborate interdepartmentally to help ensure Customer Service is prepared to deploy new products and system updates. * Represent technical support group on interdepartmental work teams as needed. * Model project behaviors and actively contribute to the project on behalf of the function. * Participate in project meetings and produce project deliverables on-time. * Train/coach end-users and become the first level of support for end-users with regard to the solution and changed or new processes. * Evaluate and modify existing reports for dashboards standardization and efficiency

Qualifications: * Minimum of an Associate's degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent related experience accepted. * A minimum of three years previous call center/technical writing experience and at least three years' experience in a business environment involving data mining, reporting, and problem solving. * Knowledgeable with bioMérieux products and procedures. * Ability to prioritize and multi-task, managing multiple priorities simultaneously * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrate expert level working knowledge of reporting and documentation programs such as; Excel, Word, and Document Viewer * Demonstrate knowledge of ERP system.
