Job Description

Kelly Services in partnership with our customer in Eau Claire is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Assistant opportunity. This is a temporary role expected to last about 3 months, potential for long term temporary to hire role for the right candidate. Work within the HR department (both locally and in a corporate structure) for a large manufacturing company with locations in Eau Claire as well as other facilities across the US. Job duties will include assisting other members of the Human Resources team/department with administrative functions. - Maintenance of employee files (paper and/or electronic) - Entering employee information/data into HRIS system - Scheduling trainings As you are trained in the position, you may also be taking on additional tasks and responsibilities within HR, including recruiting and employee selection, retention, coaching and counseling. Job Requirements

Previous experience in Human Resources field is strongly preferred. Must have great oral and written communication skills. In order to be considered for the role on a temporary to hire basis, you must have Bachelors Degree in an HR field. An HR degree is not required for the temporary (3 month role) position.
