Nesco Resource is looking for a Field Customer Service Representative in Brewster, NY. This is a permanent position for the right employee. This position is Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position does involve driving and consists of customer service and some sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Visit customer locations (deli's, convenience stores, bodegas, etc.)
  • Build relationships with local customers and create awareness of new products and offerings.
  • Complete customer service (phone calls/paperwork).
  • Take orders from existing clientele and try to up-sell additional products.
  • Re-stock shelves within stores if applicable.
  • Check inventory and organize shelves at customer locations.

  • Must have great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous merchandising or sales experience a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience a plus.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to travel within Putnam and Westchester Counties (NY).
  • Must be responsible and reliable.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • General computer skills.
