Pay range: $18 - 22 /hour on w2
Duration: 12+ Months
The Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customer service and other departments, creating and updating customer accounts in Oracle and SalesForce, and utilizing SalesForce for reporting, documenting, and gathering target audience data.

Job Duties -Take point on interdepartmental relationships by attending meetings, gathering data, reporting data, and building relationships -Ensure effective communication across functional departments regarding Customer Service for Onity and Supra including but not limited to emails, phone calls, face to face, and formal presentations -Utilize Oracle to create new customer accounts, update customer accounts, and to create reports -Utilize SalesForce to create and update customer accounts, create reports, and find target customer bases. -Work with entire Aftermarket Team (ATM) to ensure Customer Service is aligned with ATM goals and objectives Requirements -5-8 years of experience in a liaison type role -Superior presentation, written, and verbal communication skills -Excellent listening skills -Ability to work well across functions, demonstrating the following values: Respect, Integrity, Inclusion, Innovation, and Excellence -Versed in Microsoft Office computer software -Experience with SalesForce or other CRM system -Experience with Oracle or other ERP system Desired -Experience in the Hospitality and Real Estate markets -Reporting prowess using SalesForce and Power BI
