What is Home Instead Senior Care?
The Home Instead Senior Care Company began in 1994 in Omaha, Nebraska and has grown to over 800 franchise offices in the United States. The Belleville, IL office opened for business in 1999 with a commitment to provide professional and personalized care and build lasting relationships with our clients. We provide professional services to clients in St. Clair, Madison, and Monroe Counties in Illinois which are customizable for each client. Services include companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, safety and stabilization, medication reminders, assisting with daily grooming habits, toileting assistance, bathing and showering assistance, as well as specialized care for Alzheimer’s and dementia clients and hospice care. We pride ourselves on providing customized training specific to our office, continuing education throughout your career, and a supportive office staff for our CAREGivers. We would love to have you join our locally owned homecare family. We treat our CAREGivers and Clients like family- because we ARE Family. We go to great lengths to make sure our clients are paired with CAREGivers who have the skillset needed to provide them with the best care possible.
Our part-time CAREGiver positions include flexibility- we have shifts ranging from 3 hours to 8 hours on weekdays and weekends during the day, evening, or overnight. Our CAREGivers must possess respect, compassion, patience, and the ability to communicate with our clients and their families, as well as our office staff. CAREGivers must hold a valid driver’s license, their own personal reliable vehicle, minimum of Illinois state required vehicle insurance coverage, be able to pass drug and background screens and ability to lift 25 pounds.

Our Hiring Process
Please read our application and complete - paying close attention to directions. Submit your completed application and you should receive a confirmation email once we receive your completed application. Within 1 to 2 business days, we will review your application, and we will be in touch with you via phone call or email. If you meet our initial criteria, we will conduct a phone interview to learn more about you. We may then set up an appointment for a one-on-one interview in our office, a drug screen, and then our orientation.
