Highly regarded, multi-state CPA firm is looking for a Tax Manager or a Tax Supervisor to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate for the role will be growth minded and interested in a Partner track. You should have experience in all types of tax (S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships, LLC's, Trust and individual) as well as the ability to mentor and develop staff. You will work with diverse industry clientele, but specific experience with the non-profit sector would be beneficial. Beyond your tax experience and acumen, our client is looking for a leader who will help the firm continue to grow and in exchange will enjoy flexible hours, a great culture and terrific benefits.


This is a family friendly firm and busy season is usually 55-60 hours a week, but they do not micro manage billable hours. Also, the firm offers a flexible schedule with a blend of in-office and remote work. This is an active search and our client has committed to conducting phone and video interviews as needed during this period of COVID awareness.
