Pro Staff is seeking for a Recruiter in our Plymouth office!  The primary purpose of this position is to provide human resources services for customers, including, but not limited to, making decisions relating to the hiring, placement, discipline, and termination of temporary employees. Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:30PM DUTIES: Interacts with customers to evaluate and assess the customers’ staffing needs. Evaluates and defines the job requirements and other pertinent details required to effectively identify and select the appropriate candidate for each position. May conduct an onsite analysis in order to better understand job requirements and forecast customers’ staffing needs. Analyzes all pertinent information to evaluate and decide which applicants should be extended a Conditional Job Offer. Evaluates temporary employees and determines the employee who would best meet the needs for our customers, while at the same time evaluating the needs and skills of the temporary employee Responsible for formulating and presenting the orientation that will ensure the employee is able to meet the specific needs of each position and for each customer  Serves as intermediary between employees and customers. Evaluates attendance and performance of temporary employees. Uses discretion and judgment to counsel and discipline employees related to performance issues. Investigates, resolves and documents the resolution as appropriate to the satisfaction of the employee and customer. Determines best methods to ensure the human resources needs of the customer and the employee are met. Required Education and Experience ▪ A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ▪ 2-3 years of customer service or human resources experience. Preferred Education and Experience 1. Outstanding customer service 2. Ethical Conduct 3. Detail-oriented 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills 5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) 6. Proven, strong organizational skills. 7. An ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment HRIS or PeopleSoft experience preferred
