This position is responsible for providing technical customer support for energy efficiency programs. This position will work along side our partner in their Detroit based office.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and Tier 1 customer support
- Assist and educate trade contractors
- Accurately assess account information and energy usage history to determine program and rebate eligibility
- Handle inbound calls, e-mails or chat
- Meet all Quality expectations
- Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office
