Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a long term contract position located centrally in Suffolk County. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, and highly motivated to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Must be able to move from assignment to assignment and pivot when needed.
Responsibilities include:
Organize and maintain various paper and electronic filing systems and data bases
Perform data entry and analyses of data
Prepare forms, emails, letters and reports
Answer and handle incoming phone calls, organize incoming communications and files
Receive and process in coming mail
Faxing and Scanning of documents
Scheduling meetings and managing daily schedule for team members
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
2+ years working in an office setting
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ability to organize information into reports
