Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire or obtainable within a reasonable amount of time from hire with acceptable timing determined by manager.  Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.

As an effective team builder, the Master Scheduler / MS Project (PPM / EVMS) provides contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs for major component or small system, or production or logistics programs. We’ll expect you to work with single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year, by developing the program cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team and analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), and monitoring the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes
  • Earned Value Management and scheduling tool experience required
  • Program Performance Management (PPM) experience required
  • Earned Value Management (EVMs) experience is ideal
  • WBS/WBS Dictionary Knowledge
  • Expert Microsoft Project Experience with Resource loaded Schedules (SRA's, Critical/Driving Path Analysis, UN/CEFACT, DECM/EVAS Metrics, Risk/Opportunity Integration)
  • Expert with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in the 'Defense Industry' proposals.

  • Travel may be required (post Covid if allowable).
