Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy and content development for the Dremel Digilab brand.

We're looking for a driven and passionate Brand Marketing Manager to join us in helping impact people's lives and take our brand to the next level. Your mission is to deveop the Brand marketing strategy and campaign development, execution and analysis for the Dremel Digilab tools business. This business impacts the lives of educators and professional crafters through digital tools including 3D printing, laser cutters and more. Help us inspire the next generation of makers through some of the coolest and innovative products in the industry. Our team works on many fast growing trends such as STEM Education, Professional crafters, and technology trends. This means you are a strategic, creative, entrepreneurial, and digital-savvy expert that has the ability to create the direction for our brand marketing future. The team is excited to welcome this new role and we are looking for someone just as excited to join the team!
  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with Brand team to understand marketing levers and help drive business for Dremel DigiLab products.
  • Campaign and Content Development: Work closely with brand team to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns including, but not limited to: social media, email, SEM, SEO, and website content. Assist in finding synergies with digital marketing efforts and opportunities for growth. Actively monitor results and campaign budgets.
  • Project Management: Track and organize all marketing activities to allow analysis on overall program ROI. Manage relationships with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for analyzing the success of marketing initiatives. Use analytics to drive marketing decisions and identifying trends to improve marketing results.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Brand Marketing Levers
  • Experience in content and sell story development
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Tactics
  • Preferred understanding of Amazon AMS and Amazon marketing levers
  • Preferred knowledge in Google Adwords & Email Marketing
  • Entrepreneurial, quantitatively driven, & results orientated
  • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty & with little guidance
