Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work under the supervision of a BCBA, assisting with behavior assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA.
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress.
  • Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
  • Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education: Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.

Certification: Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.

Experience: Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.
