Our client is looking for an outgoing Guest services/accommodations manager that will ensure the best experience for their guests. This individual needs to be avaialbe to work weekends and work with minimal supervision.
The Guest Service / Accomdations Manager will over all guest areas and overall experience from the resort. He/She will oversee and manage onsite maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and front desk personnel.
The general job duties include but not limited to:
Reservation and checkin process
Guest Accomdations including ensure all common areas and rooms to are cleaned apporiapately and are maintained.
Guest interactions and satisfication (investigate any complaints, find resolutions)
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthgly Reports for the propertyby by collecting data, analyzing and summarizing data/trends
Present and communicate all issues with ownership and employees
Plan employee meeting and events
Plan Guest special events
Communicate all polices and procedure to staff to ensure all standards are being met and work with ownship to make sure all concerns and intitatives are being met and implemented postively and professionally.
Ability to work weekends
Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing, management position, ideally hospitality related
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Outlook and Word
A valid driver’s license
