PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Service Representative, in Irving, TX.

Summary:
  • Provides telephone customer service regarding company's services and/or products.
  • Identifies customers needs and determines appropriate action, promotes other products/services.
  • The Call Center Service Representative III (CSR) answers incoming requests via telephone, Internet, and/or correspondence from internal and external customers as the first tier of customer support.
  • The CSR performs administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions.
  • Special tools training for various HR and Case Management systems utilized.

Prerequities:
  • Strong customer service skills and mindset required.
