Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take incoming calls as well as making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upgrading purposes. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Preparing account changes
  • Troubleshooting
  • Finding resolution for customer problems and issues
  • Identifying and acting upon potential new sales opportunities
  • Assisting with customer retention
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Renewing customer pricing plans, taking payments and assisting with billing issues

Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you must be pleasant and professional with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and co-workers.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • 1-2 years customer service related experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong follow up skills
