Accountant - Sr.Compensation:
$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
You will use your knowledge and skills to prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow in this SENIOR ACCOUNTANT role. To be successful, candidates need to be highly adept at analytics and working in challenging, fast-paced environments. This SENIOR ACCOUNTANT position comes with solid compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities. Major responsibilities - Heavy reconciliations - Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries and reports in compliance with GAAP - Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks) - When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests - Assemble monthly consolidated P L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting - Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process - Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors - Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations - Engage in various department-wide initiatives Please contact me for consideration at MELISSA MICHALOVIC at Phone number blocked - click to apply

- Account reconciliation experience preferred - Fixed assets experience - Comprehensive knowledge of journal entries - Able to manage time well - Detailed and have the ability work independently - Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills - Remarkable analytical, quantitative and social skills - 3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience - BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines - Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Efficient in ERP systems
