Structure Foreman

Dragados Midland, TX Full Time

Coordinate and supervise a 4-7 man structures crew daily. Utilize heavy equipment to perform all
Items Associated with the installation of cast in place and precast concrete structural items.
With the assistance of the superintendent, implement and progress daily tasks while maintaining a
safe work environment and managing on site resources. Review and general understanding of reading
Plans, blueprints, and other documents associated with Metal Form Work and construction.
Responsible for the overall crew safety and production and approve daily time for the crew. Enforcement of company safety policies. 

Constant physical effort, including standing, climbing on/off machinery, walking over uneven terrain
During the work shift. Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to lift and carry up
To 50 lbs as assigned. Ability to review and maintain alertness to changing conditions and to make sure
Overall safety of the crew is always maintained. Ability to work days/nights/weekends as determined
By project schedule.
