Quality System Contractor

We're looking for a Quality Systems Contractor for a progressive technology provider in the Folsom market. This is a temp to hire opportunity. 

Responsibilities:
*    Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, FDA 21 CFR, ISO 13485, and regulatory/legal requirements.

*    Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.

*    Routinely gather quality system data for reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.

*    Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.

 Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Systems 
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a medical device environment
  • Experience implementing quality policies in compliance with appropriate FDA and ISO 13485 processes
  • Clear communications skills and persuasive negotiating strategies
  • Understanding of home health, assistive technologies and independent living market segments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing and presentation skills, in small and large group settings
