Our client in the Packaging and Manufacturing industry is looking for experienced Sales Executive to join a flourishing company! This is an Inside and Outside Sales Executive role -- and on average, the Sales Executives are able to achieve a 30% annual increase in sales! Summary The Outside/Inside Executive is responsible for growing and maintaining sales revenue by attaining new clients and then managing the relationship utilizing the vendor/client relationship. This is performed by utilizing the client Sales Process: ? Prospecting and lead generation ? Consultation with potential clients regarding the products ? Quote and proposal generation ? Regular visits to clients? places of business ? Follow up as needed to close the sale. *The Outside/Inside Sales Executive serves as a main contact for client sales related needs, while a customer service individual processes requests and orders. Essential Duties Responsibilities Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with current and prospective clients Actively pursues strategic opportunities by cultivating partnerships or relationships, and identifying new markets for products and services. Consults with prospects in regards to their business needs and to learn about challenges the prospect has in their temperature control shipping practices Participates and contributes in brainstorming and sales strategy activities for new market penetration and to expand current customer base Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis Determines clients? needs and builds custom proposals and quotations, including custom pricing the order in accordance to design aspects (material, labor, ship method, delivery time, etc.) Collaborates with account manager to requests and facilitate ordering of custom samples to client in order to determine feasibility Conducts off-site client meetings for prospecting and rapport-building purposes. Attends industry-related tradeshows and conventions for lead generation/prospecting purposes. Stays abreast of relevant and competitive markets, and maintains updated knowledge of IPC?s technology, products, packaging solutions, manufacture process, operations, and sales methods by continuously seeking appropriate training. Educates new clients about products and solutions, and ensures that current clients are also kept abreast of and educated about new technological developments, products, and solutions. Job Requirements
