This new Product Manager will work for Clinical Effectiveness on Core Referential products i.e. products which allow clinicians to lookup medical information and make decisions to help their patients. This Product Manager will help develop and support the growth of the Clinical Effectiveness product suite.
This role will work closely with Engineering, UX teams, other cross-functional teams to implement product strategy and ensure successful delivery. This person will love solving problems, enhance the products to help grow our business and delight the users. This Product Manager should have deep empathy for the user and be the voice of the user. They will provide product direction and rally teams on the highest priority problems to solve.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help execute product strategy that makes users lives easier, drive increased product utilization.
Understand the user pain points, identify gaps in solutions, define requirements, validate product requirements by working with UX and users.
Be the Product Owner in the Agile software development process, write user stories with acceptance criteria, accept stories.
Act as a subject matter expert to cross-functional teams in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives.
Manage an effective backlog, prioritize & groom the backlog for both enhancements and defects.
Define KPIs and analytics for product features, track usage, understand adoption patterns, make product enhancement recommendations based on this understanding.
Be tech savvy, can understand questions, concerns from Engineering teams & make timely product decisions.
Support market launch activities such as write release notes, train internal teams like customer support teams & market facing teams.
Work across multiple products Engineering, UX, analytics, back office teams.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline or experience in working with software development teams
Required Experience:
3+ years of professional work experience in Product Management in software industry needed
3+ years of experience as Product Owner in Agile software development needed
Experience working on technical software products needed
Understanding of software development principles, lifecycle and user-centric design
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
