InTulsa focuses on supporting Tulsa's diverse, booming economic landscape,  forging strategic connections for talented people and innovative companies in future-focused industries such as cybersecurity, virtual health, fin-tech, ed-tech, energy tech, and advanced aerial mobility.  We are expanding our Strategic Projects team by hiring a Senior Project Manager.  This role operates as a utility executive team member who can transform ideas into tangible outcomes, implementing and executing operational initiatives. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of managing key client accounts, overseeing external stakeholder events, and supervising direct reports on daily responsibilities.  This role will seamlessly transition between project management, business development, and partner operations/client success responsibilities as needed based on the team's demand. Key responsibilities include : Acts as the primary point person to complete plans and deliverables for assigned projects in a timely, cost-effective, operationally effective manner. Includes the direction and coordination of activities of all project management team members. Develops and executes the goals and objectives of assigned special projects and operational initiatives under the direction of leadership. Provides analytic, business planning, and project management for all assigned project initiatives including, but not limited to: research; data gathering and analysis; budget planning and approvals; design, coordination, and implementation of action plans. Maintains project plan and documentation for the complete team and stakeholder transparency. Interacts with the Director, senior leadership, and internal teams to establish project priorities and track outcomes against established KPIs. Oversee program goals and meet objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually. Oversee and manage engagement, adherence to timelines, and plans with subcontractors and other vendors. Ensure contractors are held accountable to agreed-upon schedules and timelines. Responsible for identifying and mitigating any delays, emergencies, and problems that can arise. Business Development and Partner Operations  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and teams. Keep clients continually informed with high-touch communication throughout the entire Tulsa hiring, expansion, and relocation process. Solve problems and produce solutions with inTulsa’s leadership, partnerships, and talent teams, identify alternatives when circumstances change, and be proactive about leading new projects. Champion Tulsa; enthusiastically and eloquently speak to Tulsa’s industry, demographic, and community assets, touting the uniquely diverse and inclusive environment that fosters explicitly business growth. Organize and operate corporate attraction events for InTulsa clients, leaning on relationships to facilitate incredible experiences. Share information across the team through CRM management, encouraging data accuracy in your team interactions. Leading and Mentoring Early Career Team Members In collaboration with the Director of Partner Operations and Program Manager, assist with team training to ensure understanding and adherence to processes, documentation, and resources available to provide the most remarkable individual and team success. Provide regular oversight and assistance to team members who require additional training and support. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply for this role. Minimum academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or another related field Proven track record building relationships, strong community relations/engagement, successfully managing projects on time and budget Salary range : 85 - 100k commensurate with experience #Li-Hybrid
