Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate business development representative to be a core member of our Home Health family to support our mission to improve peoples lives. This is a great place to work and we need someone that can help grow in this sales function as we continue to help more Home Health patients and their loved ones.
Business Development Representative Essential Traits for Success:
Develops and executes strategies to identify and secure profitable sales volume from new and existing accounts
Utilizes CRM to identify and contact leads, as well as develop a growing base of referral sources to achieve census growth
Believes in and adopts a consultative selling methodology
Identifies the value of cold calls and prospecting to successful sales performance and growing our Home Health market position
Must possess a “hunter” or “challenger sales” personality to meet/exceed company goals and objectives
Track sales metrics and reports data to management on a regular basis
Business Development Representative Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree desirable
Five (5) years of proven, progressive and successful sales experience; Two (2) years’ experience in health care services, preferably Hospice or Home Health.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and working knowledge of strategic and/or SaaS sales processes, methodologies and terminologies
Possess excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
