Travel Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Travel Operations Specialist to join our global Travel Team. This role will work with our preferred vendors and employees across the firm to facilitate daily operations and deliver excellent travel services. You will collaborate with stakeholder groups, optimize internal travel operations, provide continuous education, and drive compliance and adoption of our travel program.
The ideal candidate will work 3 days in office per week from any of our major locations: Austin, Chicago, Greenwich, Houston, London, Montreal or New York. We are also willing to engage candidates that will need to work remote only.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate, book, and reconcile expenses for corporate housing globally
- Manage corporate housing vendors, ensuring they meet their SLAs and provide the best possible arrangements/support for employees
- Partner with HR and tax departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance for corporate housing program
- Act as point of escalation for daily inquiries and questions, interface with travelers to provide prompt and accurate support, ensuring excellent customer service through communication and problem solving
- Foster relationships with key internal teams and stakeholders who may need support within the travel category
- Liaison with DRW's travel management company (TMC) for issue resolution
- Manage, maintain, and support analytics for virtual travel payments (Extend)
- Support travel contract execution, renewal, and vendor management
- Provide ongoing training and education to employee traveler and travel arranger population
- Support travel related communications including internal travel SharePoint site and slack channel
- Execute and support ongoing travel optimization efforts including implementations, ad hoc projects, etc.
- Meeting & event related support including room blocks, group air, on-site support, etc.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Vendor Management experience
- Experience in corporate housing booking and management
- Familiar with corporate travel online booking tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Experience in corporate travel services or travel operations
The annual base salary range for this position is $100k to $120k depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
