KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the execution of the Accelerate 2025 and DEI firmwide strategic initiatives

+ Consult with functional and/or business leaders leveraging comprehensive knowledge of DEI concepts, supporting client requests, and leading practices as part of the center of excellence

+ Act as strategic advisor to Business Resource Groups, guiding alignment to firmwide strategy and engagement with national initiatives

+ Drive benchmarking and tracking KPIs to inform trends, impact and strategic planning

+ Develop/support communications, reports, and collateral to serve internal and external needs

Qualifications:

+ Minimum six years of DEI, HR or Talent & Culture experience within professional services or relevant experience

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

+ Proficient analytical, assessment and reporting skills

+ Proficient project and time management skills

+ Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills

+ Ability to deliver high caliber work within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment, in addition to handling highly sensitive and confidential information
