Position Purpose: Perform process operations in the Tenoflon Compounding area operations, which excludes Post-treatment area operations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Ensure Solvay safety and IH procedures are being implemented. ? Safely operates Tecnoflon processes, excluding Banbury operations) in accordance with standard operating procedures and operating conditions manual. ? Perform control room functions including proficient operation of distributive control systems.

? Perform accurate line up of process equipment, product and raw material transfers and samplings

? Troubleshoot equipment for leaks and abnormalities

? Monitor and operate all Safety, Environmental and Fire related equipment including monitoring equipment and alarms initiating emergency response notification as required.

? Conduct in process quality analysis as required

? Complete necessary equipment inspection in area of responsibility. ? Complete required process equipment reading documentation as required ? Complete all required operational and regulatory documentation as needed ? Participate in safety meetings, JHA, HAZOPS and incident investigations ? Prepare and maintain records in accordance with ISO 9001 and quality related plant safety certification requirements.

? Prepare equipment for safe maintenance operations - compete safe work permits as required

? Monitor and operate all Safety, Environmental and fire related equipment including monitoring equipment and alarms initiating emergency response notification as required

? Ensure good housekeeping in assigned area

? Properly clean equipment

? Provide on-shift work direction to temporary packers.

? Perform auxiliary duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Desired Qualifications:

? High school diploma or GED

? Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. ? Solvay Operator certification

? Hazwoper, RCRA & DOT certification

? Oral and written communication skills
