They will be responsible for troubleshooting system-related issues, any hardware and software maintenance to support the applications, and replacing legacy systems/applications as they go end-of-life in an ever-changing environment.
Business Compliance Manager

The Business Compliance Manager is responsible for identifying and tracking Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract compliance and managing the annual PCI DSS compliance process. This role is critical in coordinating business activities and the flow of information across the Colorado partnership to develop a strong working relationship and ensures all parties are working together on positive outcomes.
This role is a critical part of the team with varied and broad responsibilities, including project management, business development, marketing, and the service desk. About half the time will be spent managing projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement for this position.

The Automation Engineer is responsible for writing test design specifications and automated test cases, and designing and developing test automation framework and tools to ensure the functionality of the software. The Automation Engineer handles work of moderate to complex scope and complexity.
Domain Migration IT Specialists
The Domain Migration IT Specialists will be assigned pieces of the migration project to unify all Tyler computers under a standard set of defined hardware and software specifications. This is a TEMPORARY employee position with a planned end date at the end of January 2025.
Residential Valuation Reviewer
This position involves travel throughout the state of Connecticut. As a Residential Valuation Reviewer, you will inspect a variety of residential properties to ensure that the property record reflects current and accurate property characteristics. Plans and efficiently collects detailed and comprehensive property data and verifies accuracy of previously collected data applying knowledge of the project's data collection manual.
