POSITION PURPOSE:
Collaborating with the Human Resources function and other stakeholders, the Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and maturing the organization’s use of its HRIS. The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day run support of the HRIS supporting daily operations. As part of a team composed of Human Resources, Technology and Innovations (TI), and other stakeholders this role will help lead, guide, and design system and business process enhancements. The Senior HRIS Analyst role will manage configuration build efforts and deliver solutions through effective use of project management and change management methodologies and a commitment to productive vendor-partner relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manages the HRIS (ADP Vantage HCM) configuration, security administration, data audits and corrections, system updates, and overall functionality of the system including Production and non-Production tenants.
- Supports all ADP Vantage HCM users through daily operational support, such as troubleshooting problems, answering system related questions, delegating access, creating and/or modifying reports, resetting passwords, and providing end-user training.
- Provides support for ADP Vantage HCM (agencies HRIS) including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems and unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities; recommends solution or alternate methods to meet requirement objectives.
- Analyzes current processes and systems for overall effectiveness and recommends systems supporting business objectives and best practices; manages design, development, and implementation.
- Evaluates work processes to determine strategies and programs that provide greater productivity and efficiency of department functions. Documents processes and procedures to reduce errors and omissions exposure and to ensure consistency of practices via Standard Operating Procedures.
- Serves as partner between internal customers and vendors to ensure effective maintenance, definition and delivery of HR systems to the organization.
- Aligns with and participates in strategic planning and analysis and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and enhancements.
- Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development and delivery. Recommends new and innovative HRIS technology trends. Continuously looks for ways to increase both HR knowledge and HRIS applications to fully utilize HRIS system and encourage full usage of technology to better automate HR processes and procedures.
- Manages system improvements and related development schedule expectations through the effective use of business value ranking approach.
- Builds and grows positive business relationships and influence across departments; works closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
- Delivers enhancements through effective use of project management, ensuring quality through a commitment to findustry-standard change management practices.
- Acts as internal consultant regarding system capabilities, providing recommendations through effective communication to business leaders and other stakeholders.
- Ensures data integrity and confidentiality within company HRIS, other HR technologies and vendor systems; regularly perform data audits, validations, and corrective actions, as necessary
- Proactively utilizes technology to lower costs, increases effectiveness, accuracy and value and customer satisfaction of the company's HR systems.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS, or related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively advanced HRIS systems experience in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting/Applicant Tracking, Learning Management, other Talent Management systems, and Integrations with experience configuring systems. ADP Vantage HCM experience highly preferred.
Machines, Tools, Equipment Used:
- Ability to operate small office equipment, including copy machines or multi-line telephone systems, as well as a computer for both data entry, word processing, and/or accounting purposes.
- Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment (PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel and Word knowledge.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License or be able to obtain one within in 10 days of hire or moving to the State of Florida.

- Must be self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to all levels of the organization and business partners.
- Experience delivering system and process training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Work is performed in a standard office environment. Incumbent may at times be located in an outdoor, street, community, or shop environment for special assignments or tasks.
- Ability to hear, see, speak, and perceive color, depth, and texture.
- Subject to standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
