Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter acting as the first point of contact for the company who has previous front desk coordinator experience as well as strong administrative skills. - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Expertise in Maintain Office Supplies - Deep understanding of ordering office supplies and equipment - Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word - Foundational knowledge in conference room setup cleanup - Comprehensive knowledge of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Proven ability to use the internet for research - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred Are you a passionate self-starter looking to grow within a dynamic company and thrive in a creative environment?
