Description

  • Assist with project initiation, drafting, and coordination in the self-performing concrete division.
  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure proper documentation for ongoing concrete projects.
  • Prepare and review submittals, and assist with shop drawings.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support the drafting team and construction managers, ensuring quality assurance and project standards are maintained.
  • Manage safety procedures and assist with safety meetings as needed.

Profile

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of industry experience, with a preference for candidates with a concrete or utilities background.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong drafting skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $75k - $85k+, with a sign-on bonus.
  • Vehicle allowance typically ranging from $250/month - $500/month.
