Workday Financial Analyst (Order2Cash) - REMOTE

Minneapolis - St Paul, MN Office - geographically dispersed team

$90,000 - $115,000 base range (+7.5% bonus, unlimited PTO, and benefit package)

• Compensation: 90-100k maximum with a 7.5% STIP

As our Workday Senior Financial Analyst will continually improve and enhance the Workday platform. You will work alongside our Workday Functional Financial/ HRIS Consultants and other stakeholders to collaborate on specifications based on requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions. This role comes with the potential to grow and manage your own team of Workday Finance over time.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with Business Partners (Globally) to design, configure, test, and implement high-quality Workday Financials solutions in different workstreams such as:
  • Order-to-cash, Procure-to-pay, Financial Accounting, Banking and Settlement, Assets, Projects, Expenses, etc.
  
  
  



• Define, build and implement Workday Financials related processes, in alignment with business partner's objectives and needs.



• Take ownership of Jira epics/stories and manage it from start to end within the Jira Sprint



• Build Custom Reports in Workday (Advanced and Composite).

Background:

• Workday Finance background
• At least one end-to-end implementation project on Order-to-Cash is ideal

• Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.
• Workday Financials Fundamental training completion
• Ability to draw process flow and value stream mapping to identify gaps

Nice to Have:

• Prefer BIRT report knowledge

• Workday Financials Certified
• Working experience and exposure on Workday HCM
• Prefer experience on Adaptive Insights, Concur, CyberSource
• Exposure to multiple business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Adaptive etc.
