JOB: IGT - International Game Technology Marketing Department - Marketing Account Manager I

The Marketing Account Manager role is responsible for leading IGT’s marketing support to the Tennessee Education Lottery’s (TEL) executive, marketing, sales, and product groups. Areas of responsibility include strategic planning, market research, product development, sales analysis, retail sales growth, retailer training, and general marketing and digital marketing support. Provide TEL executive team with convenient, ongoing collaboration for their retail execution and marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and support tactics that support TEL revenue goals and execution programs.
- Assist TEL and IGT local and corporate management to identify new same store sales opportunities and provide execution support to TEL leadership.
- Plan and manage large-scale projects including product launches and equipment roll-outs.
- Analyze product performance, retailer sales, and consumer behavior.
- Work with large databases to provide high quality data analysis, capturing, tabulating and analyzing data ensuring the accuracy and quality of data.
- Assist ADM to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction when working with all Lottery departments.
- Develop and document marketing plans that address market needs, functional solutions, business models, value propositions, and profit potential.
- Manage customer relationships with TEL Sales, TEL Marketing, and TEL IT.
- Act as primary site-level project manager for game launch efforts.
- Manage market research program and serve as site lead on product research, new game research, and quarterly consumer tracking studies - evaluate results and present actionable insights to customer.
- Manage the continuous development of a Lottery themed mobile application which includes periodic platform updates, feature enhancements, management of software changes to support new gaming system features, and manage customer expectations.
- Provide weekly mobile performance reporting and additional analysis to customer and Corporate product team to ensure optimal performance of the application.
- Manage and facilitate statewide training operation including development, scheduling, resource appropriation, and budget oversight.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to examine TEL’s business performance using sales data (from TN and other jurisdictions), player feedback, and retail execution information.
- Organize IGT Innovation Execution Team meetings – which deliver the latest industry intelligence and strategic initiatives.
- Manage Marketing team and provide leadership development.

- Excellent organizational, writing and presentation skills.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of Marketing experience required. Lottery industry/ CPG product marketing experience a plus.
