the PM Coordinator schedules and tracks preventive maintenance, schedule repair and emergency repair, work orders by performing the duties and responsibilities listed below.

Complies with Lockout/tagout procedures.
Has read and understands department JSA’s.
Reports any unsafe condition or act immediately to Supervision or HSE Manager.
Fills out \u2018Near Miss’ paperwork on any unsafe condition or act.
Participates in daily pre shift safety talk.
Understands company safety and environmental initiatives and acts as facilitator on the floor to promote those initiatives.
May be asked to participate in accident/incident reviews and develop corrective actions.
Responsible for housekeeping and 5S in his or her respective area of work or areas as directed by the departmental supervisor.
Responsible for his/her own health, security and safety and shall cooperate and contribute to the creation of a safe, secure and healthy working environment and to the achievement of the Company’s environmental obligations and goals
Identifies labels and enters all equipment into the CMMS (SAP) program.
Identifies and enters all preventive maintenance tasks for each piece of equipment.
Schedules, assigns, prints and distributes preventive maintenance work orders.
Creates work orders in the system based upon work order requests issued by other plant personnel.
Enters and closes completed work orders turned in by maintenance personnel.
Tracks and publishes reports as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
Participates and is fully engaged in continuous reliability improvement of all equipment and processes
Other duties as assigned
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
Must read and understand general safety requirements for the plant.
