Job Number: R0167559Architect and Interior DesignerKey Role:Coordinate and oversee the completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle of facilities construction projects. Manage the project design and construction effort, evaluate contractor performance, integrate and coordinate the project with field personnel, and evaluate, determine disposition, and manage project change requests. Prepare weekly project status reports to project communication with clients, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders. Assist the contracting officer and COTR with acquisition planning, execution, and administration, collect requirements, prepare a SOW, conduct market research, develop other documentation, and conduct technical reviews and evaluate project solicitations, proposals, quotes, and proposed change requests. Assist with the preparation of a Contractor Performance Reports (CPR) upon contract closeout.Basic Qualifications:Experience developing design drawings and coordinating with various disciplinesExperience with commercial or government facilities design and construction projectsExperience managing projects of varying size and scopeAbility to handle multiple, demanding, and complex projects with accurate resultsAbility to work nights and weekends, as required for operational necessitiesAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or EngineeringAdditional Qualifications:Ability to be highly motivated to continue to develop professional licenses, certifications, and expertise through formal training and on-the-job experienceAbility to communicate well at all organizational levelsAbility to work independently and as a team playerAbility to comprehend and commit to sound program management techniquesPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsEngineer in Training (EIT), Architect License, NCIDQ, or Professional Project Management CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD).
