Location: Rose Bowl Stadium - Pasadena, CA The Marketing & Sales Manager leads the management and execution of all marketing efforts for the Restaurant and Group Sales to support in maximizing revenue. Responsible for all day-to-day marketing tactics along with supporting long and short-term goals for the business. Responsibilities * Hands on for all marketing initiatives, partnership and events * Seeks new opportunities within the community to drive traffic into the venue * Collect social media content and imagery * Lead outreach initiatives within the community and Concierge * Executes marketing action plans to reach long and short team goals * Responsible for gathering information needed for all promotions and monthly features * Attend all growth strategy meetings * Coordinate public offerings and leagues * Ensure brand is represented campus wide on posters, brochures, check presenters, etc * Lead weekly marketing meeting and circulates agenda * Collect comment cards and maintain customer databases and mobile club * Activate and manage street team initiatives * Engaged with local public relations agency and attends to media requests * Assist with experiential marketing events - onsite and offsite * Responsible for developing bi-weekly emails * Monitors third party and review websites * Track and report all marketing initiatives weekly and monthly * Liaise communication between Harley-Davidson Museum® and Levy Restaurants Home Office Marketing Team * Actively represent Levy Restaurants in a positive manner at all times Job Requirements * Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to create a motivating work environment. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications a plus. * At least two years of Marketing experience in food and beverage or related field and has an understanding of the local market. * Must be knowledgeable of all Social media marketing channels. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. * Must be have email marketing experience.
