-Assist the Account Executive and Sales Planner in all aspects of the order process
-Data entry and updating new and revised orders in media management systems
-Maintain the central filing system / shared drive, including all correspondence, contracts and revisions associated with orders
-Coordinate to help resolve problems with copy, billing/invoices, order discrepancies and inventory issues. Requirements:
-Prior work experience in an office environment preferred.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel
-Previously Salesforce experience is a plus
-Must have the ability to work well under time constraints and meet deadlines.
-Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
-Able to task switch and work well under pressure and within deadlines
